Terms and Conditions - Safety Training

Please note that the following conditions apply in respect of all courses presented by Amandlolwazi Training Centre (Pty) Ltd:

1) Bookings need to be confirmed with Amandlolwazi Training Centre (Pty) Ltd prior to the event.

2) A Copy of the candidate's ID document is required by legislation when they attend any of our courses.  If this is not provided, no certificate will be issued.
3) Payments are required prior to the training event, unless otherwise arranged.
4) 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing 1 week prior to the event.
5) No shows will be charged the full fees.
6) Cheques and/or Direct deposit slip must accompany the student on the first day of Training.
7) Please ensure that the cheque is correctly addressed
8) Substitutions are most welcome.
9) Amandlolwazi Training Centre (Pty) Ltd does not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of trainees during  or subsequent to their training.
